Gift Orders:
Please designate your order as a gift upon checkout. We will not include the price. We will include a short message and the purchaser's name if you would like. If you would like the item gift wrapped, we can wrap the gift with pretty tulle with a neutral ribbon for a $5 fee. Please let us know in the comments field. We will add $5 to your total order.

SHIPPING IS FREE THIS MONTH!Depending on the size of the item, we may use USPS Priority mail, UPS Ground or USPS Parcel Post. All instock orders are shipped from New York and should be received within 3–10 business days. Please note ship times on product pages for more specific details.

Alaska/Hawaii/Puerto Rico/APO: Please place your order and we will email you any shipping fees over $8.
Canada and Overseas: (Mustela and Bugaboo products can not be shipped outside of the US!). Our shopping cart will calculate the most economical shipping rate for you via USPS Global Express Mail.
Return Policy:
Baby and Me Boutique wants to ensure that its customers are 100% satisfied. If you are not, simply return the merchandise, in its original condition and packaging, within 14 days and we will either exchange the product or refund your payment. Refunds will be made for your original purchase price minus our shipping costs, except as stated below:
There are no refunds or exchanges on special orders, including all furniture, bedding, mattresses, gates, custom orders and skincare products unless there is a defect!!
You are responsible for the shipping cost (both ways) on all exchanged/returned items unless there is a defect.

Payment Options:
On-line Store: Our on-line store accepts American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Your order is secured though our Secured Socket Layer (SSL). You must enter your address exactly as it appears on your Credit Card statement for your purchase to be approved on-line. For orders outside the US, if you can not pay by US Bank Credit Card, we will require either a Mail order (see below) or a Western Union Transfer. You may place your order online and we will not charge your card, but instead contact you for payment.
Mail Order: Personal Checks and US Money Orders are welcomed. Simply add items to your shopping cart to obtain a total. You should enter the shipping information to obtain any applicable sales tax and shipping amounts. Then, either print a copy of the shopping cart and shipping information, or write down the order.
